Lease Takeover! Starting October 1st 2021 - September 1st 2022 . Move in date flexible. $787 a month for the room + $787 for the deposit. You will need to provide landlord paystubs, bank statements etc as this is taking over the other name on the lease. Can use gaurantor if needed :)

• Middle room available in a brand new building on the Bushwick/Bed-stuy border. -4th floor unit
• Building features elevator, gym, roof deck, laundry in basement. REALLY nice space for the price.
• This building/bedroom is right off Broadway so you will see & hear the J train. It really hasn’t been an issue for us at all.
• Two blocks away from the J Gates Ave stop. Literally 2 minute walk to train.
• Bedroom has it’s own private balcony! Decent size room, can fit Queen bed and some other things.
• There is no closet in the bedroom :/
• Large living room area and decent kitchen with gas stove.
• One bathroom that is surprisingly super spacious.
• Bluetooth speakers built into living room.
• Furnished roof deck

About us:

• My roommate & I are both queer, 23 and work full-time and study fashion& art.
• We would love our new roommate to be friends with us and join us for dinner or drinks once & a while but we both respect each others space & time.
• I have one really friendly cat that lingers around the place. Not looking for other pets at the time, sorry /:
