Capstone Drive

This apartment is located in Cornerstone in Lynchburg, Va. It is a 2 bed/2 bath apt. It includes washer/dryer and a dishwasher. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished, including your bathroom - you would need to furnish your own bedroom. (I do have a big air mattress in there already, so if you need time getting furniture but need to move in asap, you are more than welcome to crash on the air mattress!) There is a balcony that is furnished as well. Rent includes utilities. I don’t have cable (I do have a Chromecast and will cast things from my computer to the TV). There are so many great places in walking distance within Cornerstone - gym, bars/restaurants, hair salon, etc. It’s a really safe community, just looking for some help with splitting the rent!

You would be living with myself, a 26 y/o female. I have a very friendly cat, lots of books and lots of plants. I’m tidy, respectful, and understand the importance of having a safe, comfortable space to come home to. Although the apartment is furnished with my things, I want you to feel like the apartment is your home too. Please bring/add little touches of you if you would like!
