Lake's room

It’s a decent sized room with plenty of closet space. You’d have your own bathroom right outside the bedroom. It’s got granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, a gas stove, stainless steel appliances, and there’s an in unit washer/dryer. The complex is right across from the Seminole county trail so that’s easily accessible. It’s also walking distance from Publix, a few restaurants, a Starbucks, and a few other things. It’s a really pretty area, very pedestrian friendly. Also the lease allows for one more pet so as long as they get along with the dog they’re welcome. (I don’t remember what the security deposit was, I’ll have to check with the office. I think I paid 300-500 but that’s just a guess.)

Hey my name’s Lake, I’m a music technology major at Valencia. I’ve got a dog and pet rats who I spend a good amount of time with. When I’m not with the pets I mostly watch tv/movies or practice piano or guitar. I also cook frequently and I like to keep the place clean. I have been told that I’m a pretty chill person, I’m pretty easy to get along with as long as you’re not a jerk and you care about human rights.
