West Avondale Drive

Great location, only 5 minutes away from a bus stop that takes you straight to campus. 3 total roommates so far(all guys), 2 are currently in rooms while the 3rd is set up in the living room (2 of them pay the same rent while the 3rd has $30 cheaper for the small room). Leisure room in the basement. 1 and a half bathrooms. The second largest room is available for rent with a fully functional closet and a view. Rent tends to slightly fluctuate ($5 at a time usually). Everyone splits the internet bill as well as on some essentials for the house (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish pods. Also, the laundry rooms are located within the apartment complex which requires a laundry card. ($10 for the card that re-loadable, $1.50 for a load in the washer and $1.50 for a load in the dryer. Everyone currently living here are very friendly and very invested within their schooling. We do require the new roommates name to be on the lease for security reasons and do expect some help when cleaning is required(dishes, bathroom upkeep) The lease ends in August and can be renewed if interested.
