Dylan's room

Please excuse/ignore the furnishings in the bedroom area; those will be removed. The room is half of a 2bdrm/2bath unit that is just under 1000 sq ft. The bedroom is the bigger one of the two and the bathroom is a tub/shower combo, if you like a good soak. The common spaces include have furnishings currently (big TV, dinner table, couch, etc.) as well as washer/dryer in-unit, all appliances, and a small balcony. Unit also has central heating and AC.

The community is located near The Paseo, so walking distance to Old Town, Lake Avenue, and Theatre District. Also very close to PCC and CalTech. There is a small gym, pool, jacuzzi, and laundry room on-site. Parking is a tandem, covered spot for the unit. Utilities are extra (except internet) and shared between us.

I am a working professional, currently on a hybrid schedule, so I am home for part of the week at least. Other than work, I enjoy going out with friends, exploring, gaming, and being outdoors. I am a clean individual, fully vaccinated, and responsible. Social drinker, non-smoker, and looking for a similar type of person.
