I am looking for (1) one person to rent in my two story condo located in Sparks near Baring and McCarran. Sorry, I am NOT able to accept any pets. Bedroom includes queen sized bed, small dresser and oversized closet and ceiling fan. Full bathroom is shared with half bath downstairs. Full kitchen including microwave and dishwasher. Use of washer and dryer and enjoyment of small backyard patio, small barbeque, grass and flower gardens. Access to seasonal pool on site in a nice community. Required to self maintain separate storage unit off site if needed. Sorry….no pets allowed.
