Damian's room

Room available in this 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath house (on the main floor). There are is one room available, with a view towards the front of the house! The house is on a beautiful half acre lot, with 10 car parking space, right next to a park, a few walking trails, the Metra MD-W, and plenty of restaurants just north in Schaumburg!

Currently, the there are two male roommates living on the property. One occupies the basement with their own kitchen and bathroom. The other occupies one of three rooms on the main floor. Although there are two rooms open, only one will be occupied, with the third room left vacant.

All utilities are not included within the price.

The detached garages serves primarily as storage.

Please note the picture of the bedroom in the photo is just one room. The other two rooms look similar, except the grey wall will be a different color (white).

The home is currently resided with 2 people; two males. One lives in the basement and uses his own amenities, who is very familiar with the house. I have lived with him before. I’ve lived with all type of roommates before, from all boys in college, to LGBTQ+ roommates, to all females, and this roommate (now tenant) is by far the best roommate I’ve had. The other tenant recently moved in on the main floor of the single-story house. They are all extremely friendly and nice. Always clean and always respectful, which is what matters most to us.

I try to keep my tenants happy. Everyone so far is looking for a nice, peaceful, quiet place to come home to.

I also host a dog that is never on the main floor for the house, she’s always in the basement with her owner. Chances are you won’t even notice there’s a dog unless you see the owner walking her outside.
