This is a studio attached to the house, but it is completely private and isolated with its own private entrance. It includes in unit washer/dryer, street parking, kitchenette with stove top, all utilities, and Wi-Fi are included in the rent. The studio can either be left furnished or unfurnished. This studio is located in a very calm and quiet neighborhood. It is at walking distance from Whittwood Shopping Center, Target, Vons, Sprouts, Aldis, and Trader Joe’s. A background check fee is required when applying.

A family of 2 adults live in the adjoining home. Pets may be considered, no parties, no smoking indoors, and no children allowed.

Security deposit is for the last month of rent and $500 for property cleaning/damages security deposit (if applicable) refundable after assessment of property at the end of the lease. Looking for someone who is interested in leasing for at least 6 months.
