Quiet suburban neighborhood. Directly across from a beautiful church! Neighbors are very friendly young families.

Walking distance from the UW– and less than a block away from a bus stop that will get you there as well. Also close to good takeout, a fun pub with karaoke nights, bubble tea, and comedy club!

The house itself is large for the area with wood floors and lots of natural lighting. The main living space feels very homey with bright walls and a giant window that looks out to the rosebushes and church across the street. There is free street parking plus a three-car driveway on our property!

Individual heating is included in each of the rooms. There is also a washer and dryer, plus an extra freezer located downstairs!

There is a small front yard and larger back yard that is great for gardening. Included with the house is a shed that all the roommates are welcome to use, which is great for storing bikes, paddle boards, etc.

There is one room available for sublease– this is one of three bedrooms on the downstairs level. The lease ends September 2022

There are six roommates including myself– though for the most part we did not know each other before coming into the house, we have all become friends!

We are all young women aged 19-24. Most of us (but not all) are students at UW either undergrad or masters. Everyone is respectful and clean. Very chill people overall, and of course LGBTQIA+ friendly. We definitely hang out together whether it’s movie nights in, hikes, the pub, ski trips to the pass, etc. And love to meet new people!

I love this house and the people in it! I am only choosing to leave because I am transferring schools :,(
