Private room available May 1. Looking for a traveler, grad student, or mid-20s adult who is quiet and clean to fill our 4th room. There are 3 other roommates. The space is wonderful for someone who works from home, does art or needs a base camp for summer activities :) The house has a garage and yard. Priority to those who can come check out the house in person. Located near Rose Park and running trails. Tell me about you and what you do! :) No pets unfortunately.

The roommates are 1 guy and 2 gals who work full time and like quiet time, cooking, and enjoy a clean space. They enjoy skiing, camping, climbing and being outside. We are looking for a chill, kind and considerate roommate who is down to earth.
