Our other roommate is moving out, the house after he leaves will be about 90% furnished…so feel free to have common space furniture and not worry about finding storage for your couch, favorite chair and TV set. LOOKING FOR someone who is a no drama type person. We are half homebodies, half on the town kind of guys. Non-smokers…you should be too. We are clean, pretty progressive, kind and respectful of each other and the space. THE ROOM Largest room with walk-in closet and your own bathroom. THE DETAILS 1st and last month deposit pending a building management background check. Your share of the rent would be $1475, but since this would be a new lease there might be a slight increase…a few years ago it was about a $25 increase for each of us. We are working out the details. Utilities (Comcast, Pepco, Washington Gas) are shared and run about $125 a month…depending on how sweltering hot the city gets.
