gated green valley ranch single story home built 2000, 2460 sq. ft. with pool/spa, no garage space but parking in driveway is ok, not on street. 50 home complex with home at end of culdesac, surrounded by single story homes creating a quiet and private space. has office and large kitchen. doggie door and grass dog run. utilities, landscape and pool maintenance included. will consider another small dog.

due to death in family, retired couple has 2 small dogs we need help with when away and that is often. ideal roomie would be student, retired or work from home, preferably female, responsible for feeding and walking 2 small older, well-trained dogs. we spend 8 mos. a year at other home so tenant would mostly be only person here. we return to the house peridically. will pay background check for ideal candidate.
