Tess's room

2 bed, 1.5 bathroom and bonus den/TV room, on the top 3rd floor with high ceilings, fireplace. Very spacious for 2 people. We also have a community pool open in the summer. Your room will be unfurnished. The shared rooms (living, dining, bathrooms) are all furnished. Although, if you have furniture you’d like to move in, you’re welcome to do so and we can rearrange the place to our liking. There is also a parking spot for our unit that we can alternate parking every other week. Otherwise, there are plenty of spots to park in just a few feet away.

I am single, female. Very respectful, dependable, stable employment. I have a daughter who lives in Portland, Oregon with husband and 4 kids and occasionally visits every other month but with the pandemic, it’s been rare. I like to cook, keep things clean but makes a mess at times as I would expect a place to be lived in. I also like my privacy and relax after work on weeknights. I don’t mind visitors every now and then on weekends. I sometimes go out at night and am very quiet when coming home.
