About the room
Hey Everyone! We have an unfurnished private room available in spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo in Danville 2 turns away from the Crow Canyon Road exit on Fostoria. You would be living with 1 female roommate and 1 male roommate. You would have your own private bedroom and you would share the bathroom with female roommate. Male roommate is in the master bedroom has his own space and bathroom. The shared spaces include the living room, dining room, kitchen, patio with all new furniture and appliances. There is also a washer and dryer in unit …. and the water is included in the rent so you can do lots of laundry and take nice long baths! We are close to everything, walking distance to Bishop Ranch and the new City Center, 15 minutes to the BART station, and many shops, gyms, and restaurants close by.
We are looking for a roommate that is respectful, drama free, and will be able to pay rent before the end of the month every month. We really want to live with someone who will be a great fit, hence we will take our time interviewing and meeting potential roomies. We both work full time and enjoy our privacy when home but when we have time we would sometimes grab a drink or get a quick bite to eat. Neither of us have kids, we don’t smoke and we don’t have pets. We don’t have overnight guests but not opposed to it once in awhile.
The room will be available on September 1, 2026. We can do a 6 month lease or month to month, we can figure that out later. Rent is $1200 per month and this includes all utilities. About the roomies
1 Male and 1 Female (Not A Couple) …. you would share a bathroom with the female roommate. Male roomie has master bedroom with own bathroom. Female roomie works in dental and male roomie travels for work.
