The room has a queen memory foam mattress and bedframe, a tall dresser and a nightstand. There’s a massive HOA community pool, gym, park, and basketball courts across the street. Walking/biking path right next to the house. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Washer and dryer in the house. Plenty of street parking. You’ll have full use of the living room, kitchen, upstairs loft, fenced backyard, sheets, towels, dishes, and cookware. My food/beverages are mine, yours are yours. No storage available other than what fits in your room and your pantry shelves. Your bathroom will only be shared if there are guests visiting from out of town which happens about once a year. 7 minutes from Desert Ridge shopping. 2 minutes from 101 and 51. No drugs, no smoking, no vaping, no pot, no diffusing essential oils, no overnight guests. Rental insurance required.

I enjoy hiking, gardening, horseback riding, country music, dancing, and church. I work from home, so I need it quiet during the day. I like to keep my home clean and beautiful. I have a big dog, so liking dogs is important. 🐶
