10’8“x10’11“ room with walk in closet for rent in a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath 2400sqft house built in 2020. Includes all utilities and housekeeping twice a month (including changing your sheets). Furnished with a new queen memory foam bed, nightstand, and dresser. There’s a massive HOA community pool, gym, park, and basketball courts across the street. Washer and dryer in the house. Ample street parking. You’ll have full use of the living room, kitchen, upstairs loft, yard, sheets, towels, dishes, and cookware. My food/beverages are mine, yours are yours. No storage available other than what fits in your room and your pantry shelves. Your bathroom will be shared with one very clean female. 2 minutes from 101 and 51. 7 minutes from Desert Ridge shopping. No drugs, no smoking, no vaping, no pot, no diffusing essential oils, no overnight guests.

We’re two single females in our 30’s/40’s. I enjoy country music, dancing, hiking, horseback riding, and church. I work from home, so I need it quiet during the day. I like to keep my home clean and beautiful. I’m not vaccinated and have no plans to get the shot. I don’t care if you are or not. The other roomie likes jazz, dancing, hiking/running, yoga, and margaritas. She works and goes to school. She has a small dog. We are NOT open to other pets.
