**Utilities included - Furnished - Own Bathroom- Washer and dryer. ** Beautiful 2000 square feet home in one of the best towns in NJ. 10 mins walk to train station. 40 mins drive to NYC. Lots of restaurants and hiking spots just minutes away. 3 bedrooms. The house has a beautiful fireplace, large living room and dining room, study/office room (that’s where I work but there is space for another desk that you can use when I am not in the office. Large kitchen , a large sun room, a beautiful green backyard, parking in the back of the house.

There are only two people in my house , my daughter (10 yrs) and me. I work mostly from home. I like harmony. I am not very loud . I like keeping a very tranquil environment (one of the rooms is a meditation/prayer room (welcome to use it) so I really hope to find someone calm and kind. We own one conure (small parrot) and a Russian turtoise. The animals spend most of their day in the green room. Looking for someone responsible (rent on time) , employed, respectful and Fully vaccinated. I require one month of security deposit, background check and proof of income. Thank you!
