About the room
We are renting out our downstairs private room in Otay Ranch Chula Vista with en-suite bathroom, large walk-in closet, and sliding door access to back yard from the room. Room will be furnished with a full size bed and Tv stand. tenant’s owned furnitures are welcome. All bills are included, no kitchen access. We will have a grill available for use by tenant. Street parking available in a very nice location.
