The house is in a nice & quiet neighborhood. It locates in the center of Plant City: 2 minutes from I-4, 1 minute from Hillsborough Commuity College, 3 minutes from brand new South Florida Baptist Hospital which is located N park Rd. It is also minutes away from downtown, grocery store and restaurants. In your room: Wifi, TV, nice queen bed with comfortable mattress and bedding, dresser, chest, build-in light night stand, closet , ceiling fan, big windows with high quality blackout curtains, a lots of daylight. There are nice cabinets, brand new high end refrigerator with beverage center and ice , a brand new upright freezer in the kitchen. There are nice and big washer and dryer inside the house. You can access all of them and common area in the house. I recently got a 65“ high quality big screen TV for the living room. You can lay in the recliner in the living room and enjoy it.

I have 3 bedrooms in my house, but I will always prefer to have ONE ROOMATE only in my house, so you can have a piece of mind. I am a very nice, clean person and always treat people with respect. I had a roomate living in my house for 12 month, she said that I was an amazing roomate. I am a light sleeper and need to go to bed early for a early morning job. I prefer to have a roomate who has a full time job and can be quite after 9:30pm.
