• Bed, chairs, table, basic utensils
• Lots of natural light (it’s a basement room but you are not actually underground)
• Central A/C and heat
• Friendly, low key family (owners) living upstairs
• Ample parking in safe street
• Walk 10 minutes/drive three minutes to Trader Joe’s, Target, restaurants, and CVS on Wisconsin Ave
• Walk 15-18 minutes (just under a mile) to Bethesda Red Line metro for downtown DC, GWU, or up to NIH.
• Drive 12-minutes to NIH or American University.
• Utilities, Wifi included. This room is for one person only. No pets. No smoking. Covid vaccination required. (We are vaccinated.) 12 month lease preferred. Background and credit checks required. Your personal data is not seen by landlord during the checks. Landlord pays fee for checks.

Friendly family upstairs, we are owners of the house. We have two cats, very friendly, but your room is independent.
