I’m seeking a drama-free, neat, working professional to rent 1 fully furnished bedroom/bathroom (with smart TV/Blu-ray player) in my house. I’m a non-smoker and work in the healthcare field and prefer other working professionals. I spend most of my time at the gym, playing tennis, traveling, hiking with dog, in my room watching tv or outside working in the yard. Background/employment check required. Preference for other non-smokers. Thank you.

Live 5 minutes drive away from Alamance Community College, about 5 minutes drive from several restaurants/shops/mall/gyms/walmart/harris teeter/foodlion and 5 minutes drive or 10 minute walk from Joe C. Davidson park.
