This is an older house with an updated interior in a quiet neighborhood in Tigard. The house has a beautiful wood burning fireplace and a large back yard. Nearby grocery stores include Safeway, Trader Joe’s, and H mart. There is plenty of convenient street parking available.
1 room available with double closets and ceiling fan. Shares a bathroom with one other person.
No smoking allowed.
You will need to submit an application through the property management company for a small application fee.
About the roomies
I’m Ariel (F, she/her), a 33 yo professional who works full time from home. When I’m not working, I enjoy cooking, reading, and knitting. I spend a lot of time at home, but I am quiet and tidy. I have 2 cats and a medium poodle, Zuko. Zuko is still working on his manners, but is very friendly.
Sarah (F, she/her) is a trans-woman who is currently on medical leave from her job as an electrical engineer. You will be sharing a bathroom with her.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any more animals.
