Looking for one lady to join me and one other roommate in my house in Commerce City. Awesome 3-bed (plus a small bonus guest room), 2 bath house in a quiet neighborhood with both a front and back yard.

$750+ split utilities (room is 14.5’x9’). Flexible lease options and ready for move-in Nov1st. No pets or 420 allowed, but I promise I’m still a fun person 🙂 .

I work for a youth mentoring non-profit and my roommate is a flight attendant. We are both active Christians and love Jesus, people, and all things Colorado (skiing, hiking, camping, etc). We appreciate a home that is clean, peaceful/chill, and one of hospitality (we have a small guest room for friends who come into town).

Looking for roommates who are all friendly and like spending time together but also have our own lives. The house layout is great to hang out together, or spread out if you’re needing some recharge time. We have 5 chickens in the backyard you are welcome to chip in and help out with in exchange for sharing the delicious eggs, but definitely don’t have to!
