One bedroom and one bathroom in a finished basement in a nice 5 bedroom house in Loveland. The room has a bed, dresser and a chair, etc. Bed is queen, my son slept in it for less than a year. I can clear out the room if you’d like. Half the kitchen would be yours. Washer and dryer also. No cats plz
