Anil's room

Note: I can offer the room for a short time, probably until July since I will be relocating soon.

Room in Single family home in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, grocery store, beach, gym, yoga, and bike path that leads to our beautiful First Landing state park. Private room with full bathroom, access to kitchen, laundry, living room, back patio, and fenced yard. I have a friendly cat who sleeps all day. Room can be furnished if needed.

I work from home 8-5 during the week. You will have your own bathroom and access to the common areas. No couples, smoking, drugs. Proof of income and background check required.
