I have a large private bedroom with a shared bathroom available for $975. The room can be furnished if needed. Lease is month-to-month. Must provide proof of income and pass a criminal background check.

If we are a fit, we can schedule a video appointment to answer each other’s questions. I will also do a video tour of the house so you can see if you like it. Next step, we will invite you to come look at the house in-person, and for you to meet the other 2 female roommates. Also, the pictures were taken the first week I purchased the house. So, no worries, I am not a scammer, and I can send you extra pictures if needed.

ABOUT THE HOUSE: Downstairs includes the kitchen, dining, large living room, bedroom, and bathroom. Upstairs is are 3 bedrooms, laundry room, and loft. House was newly built in 2020. Granite countertops throughout the house. Two 85“ inch Smart TVs with streaming services. Fiber internet. Free parking.

Monthly rent includes full access to Club House, which has 3 pools, gym center, sauna/steam room, recreational activities, tennis courts, basketball courts, free gym classes and events, movie nights, etc.

I am looking for someone who does not have much extra furniture since communal spaces are furnished and kitchen is fully stocked. NO PARTIES OR DRUGS IN THE HOUSE. Please be a non-smoker. Must pass a criminal back ground check and provide proof of income.

ABOUT US: There are 3 females living here and we are all working professionals; ages 38, 28, & 24. We’d prefer to live with another female, but will consider a male if it’s the right fit.
