Right off the highway so everything is super close. Great restaurants, close to the light rail, Full kitchen, fully furnished except your bedroom, washer/dryer in-unit. Chill, easy going respectful roommates, it’s clean but we’re reasonable. no drama. We like to be outside, hiking, mountains, Wash Park for volleyball but also play video games and watch movies. Security deposit $850 and all utilities, mowing and GIG internet are $50 per month flat
Roommates are chill and respectful. snowboard during the winter and are out in the mountains in the summer.
