Quiet neighborhood in beautiful South Reno off of Rio Rangler. Room is upstairs with its own shared bathroom and large spacious closet. Shared laundry, dining and living area. Backyard is landscaped and has Traeger and gas bbq available. Plenty of parking is available. Neighborhood is quiet with running/walking trails. 5 minutes from UNR Redfield campus or Renown South Meadows. 15 minutes to UNR or TMCC campuses.
About the roomies
We have 2 golden retrievers and one cat. We keep common living spaces clean. We are foodies and always cooking. We do dishes every day etc. My work schedule rotates shifts so I am not home for several days at a time.
