This is a 4 bedroom/2 bath house. One of the bathrooms will be shared with one of the other girls. Garage parking is available and included in rent. Washer and dryer are in the basement. House comes with AC, a beautiful backyard and spacious deck.
Within walking distance to light rail and close to many restaurants, grocery store and only minutes to Washington Park.
Utilities will be back-billed and average around $ 80 per month.
Cats are welcome. No pet fees or deposit!
No smoking, vaping or drugs of any kind including marijuana.
Must be ok with a background/credit check before move-in.
