Welcome to your new home! I’m looking to find one more roommate that is super clean & organized. I always take pride in keeping my home clean. I have a spare bedroom available for rent. The room is fully furnished & move in ready. Internet, washer, dryer & utilities are included. The bathroom will be shared by the two roommates.
The property is a beautiful single family residence located in Conroe, Texas on Highway 242 near I-45. The property is conveniently located 2 minutes away from I-45 & my favorite store Costco, 5 minutes away from the Woodlands Mall, St. Luke’s Hospital and other surrounding hospitals.
About the roomies
I’m the owner of this beautiful four bedroom property. I live in the property with another roommate. We are rarely home because are always at work. Everyone has their own privacy and the home is really quiet & super cozy.
