This bedroom is large enough for a bed and sitting room–310 square feet with lots of windows and light; non-working fireplace, closet. Separate entrance. $1100 per month plus $1,000 security deposit.

You are one of two people sharing the bathroom with corian shower. The three of us share the kitchen, dining room; use of dishes, pots and pans, and utensils included. Laundry room with washer and dryer in house (your own soap). No dishwasher. You clean your own room and bathroom or the house keeper can do it for an additional $30 per month.

12 minute walk to the center of Sebastopol (or 10 minutes to 7-Eleven). Rural Setting with year round creek. Fruit trees, grapes, berries.

Who I am looking for in a roommate: a responsible adult woman or man, EMPLOYED OFFSITE, with good local references and good credit. No inside smoking, no excessive drinking or drug use. Long term renter preferred.

I am a 60 year young woman, environmentally and conservation minded, socially liberal, working part time from home and off site. I have two 7 year old cats. The other renter is a 28 year old man who works full time. So there will be 3 of us living in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house and sharing the kitchen.
