Small room in Legacy Apartments. No male applicants. No smokers. No guests allowed. No couples. No pets unless it’s a small and caged like a hamster or Guinea pig. We’d prefer students or around that age range. Apartment complex comes with laundry room, tennis court and 2 pools. Bed (but not the mattress), fridge, stove, water, wifi, comes included. Electricity bill depends on the month, $20-$40. All decorations and objects in room will be removed before applicant moves in. There is one bathroom in the apartment. One month deposit in advance for the first month. If you need to move out we must know one month in advance.

Will be living with one single mom, and myself. I’m a Junior in college. I will be there most Fridays-Sundays but spend the other days at the university. I go out with my friends or my mom on weekends so you might not see me there that much.
