The bath is stained from a leak. Maintenance is fixing the leak and they will remove the staining once the leak is fixed

I’m generally pretty flexible with the situation. I thought this was going to be a temporary living situation but it’s becoming less temporary so very open to rearranging/removing/adding furniture as well in common spaces

I’m a 27-year-old male software engineer. I was living in this two bedroom two bath apartment with my brother, but he moved out of state.

I just signed another 12 month lease and I’m looking for a roommate.

I work from home so preferably my roommate would not work from home. Beyond that - I am very quiet, I am clean, I am in bed every night at 9 PM including weekends, and I don’t have a ton of guests. So obviously I would prefer a roommate who matches that profile.
