This is a month-to-month lease, which means you give me 30 days notice if you want to move and I will give you 30 days notice if I need for you to move out. This is an ideal situation for a responsible and clean individual.
You’ll have your own private bathroom and you will be responsible for cleaning your bathroom and kitchen. Always in order and clean. No leaving dishes in the sink for more than a day and showers left like a public bathroom. Must be weekly cleaning.
