Walk to beach and restaurants. 15 mins from LAX. Rooftop deck w/ ocean view. No smoking. No pets. Utilities included in rent except wifi will be split 3 ways. Landlord requires one year lease. $30 charge for credit check through realtor. Room for one person only. No couples.

Two friendly respectful female roommates. I am a hairdresser working local. I like to relax after work reading and watch Netflix. On my days off I meet family and friends. My roommate Lisa is a teacher and likes to bicycle at the beach. We keep the apartment clean and tidy. We do not have party’s but enjoy having family and friends over. Mostly we chill in our own rooms, enjoy each other’s company and leave out the drama.
