Looking for a roommate for an additional private bedroom in my house. One fully private room, garage space, and storage area is available; plus shared kitchen, laundry, and dining area. Under 5 minutes to I90 and Snoqualmie Parkway, where there is a Safeway, Gas, Starbucks, Bartells and many restaurant options. One additional den space for use as home office is possible (for extra rent). The room is unfurnished at present, but can be furnished upon request. Pets not permitted. Non Smoker. This is a 3 BR single town home with yard and patio. This is a very safe community in Snoqualmie with nearby parks and trails.

I work in Seattle for a Tech company. I love to cook and you are welcome to share food with me. I work from home 2-3 days a week. Including the roommate, total two females will live in the house.
