Really nice apartment but a little out of the way of campus. Overall size of the apartment is sitting at 1k square feet. There’s a pool; a small fitness center; and the apartment is hooked up with leds. Parking lot parking, PARKING IS FREE. No furnishing in the room. Pretty close to MATC. Available Now
About the roomies
Current roommate got fired and moved back with parents. I host dinners from time to time, so will be company over a few times a month. I helped found a company, so will be out of the country for months at a time. Will be gone most of winter Prefer someone that keeps their place clean.
