About the room: The room is around 104 sqft with a small closet and is intended for someone without too many items. The washroom is shared with another roommate. The room is furnished with a queen size memory foam bed and a basic desk and office chair.

About the shared living space: The living room area is furnished with two bar stools next to an island, a dining table and comfortable reclining sofas. We share a 55“ 4k Samsung Smart TV with HBO/Netflix/Amazon Video all included. We also have a PS4 which we may all share. All kitchen utensils, pots/cookware/cups are shared and it is expected each roommate washes their own stuff. Of course, we also have the necessities (refrigerator/freezer/toaster/microwave/pressure cooker/kettle/dishwasher). We share a Samsung washer and dryer in the common area.

About the roommates: I am a 28 year old software engineer and I occupy the Master bedroom on the 3rd floor. I am generally not at home most of the time due to travel.

The roommate works at Amazon and is generally friendly and out with friends most of the time. He generally returns home late and also travels a lot.

About the Property: This is a brand new 2015 townhouse built by Valentine Communities LLC http://www.valentinehomesllc.com/properties/1766-valentine-place-s It is 1555 sqft, has four floors and is heated and cooled by individual Daikin units in every room. That’s right, we have A/C! The forth floor is a large rooftop patio (432 sqft). Currently we have nothing up there. Feel free to furnish the patio if you like!

About the Location: It is located with easy access to I-90 without the highway noise (the ramp is just across the street), and a 5 min walk to the I-90 Freeway station. From the I-90 Freeway station, you can take various routes (212, 216, 550, 554, etc) which take you to downtown Seattle within 5-10 min. You can also reach downtown Bellevue in 13 min and Redmond/Kirkland in 20-25 min by I-90 and I-405 by car.
