Been using roomies for a long time. It’s been an excellent experience and many amazing people post here. Quiet and peaceful home in Orangevale neighborhood. Private locked bedroom for $850 per month. Show proof of income. No: drugs, smoking, pets, visitors/guests. One vehicle per person, one person per room. Smoking cannabis outside is ok. Shared use of washer and dryer, kitchen. The current roomies are nice and working pros. We get along very well, follow the rules, respect each other’s privacy and clean up after ourselves. Pretty laid back here. Cool place to live as it is centralized to many great places! One of the best places to live in Sac county. :)
