About the room

We have a home on 2 acres in Queen Creek/San Tan area. Great views of the valley and Superstitions - close to the San Tan Park with biking/hiking trails. Easy access to Gilbert/QC/Mesa areas. Large private room (13’ 4“ x 12’ 10“) with shared bathroom (currently with a male). All utilities included plus internet. Month to Month rent. You will have your own cabinet in the kitchen, space in pantry and space in the fridge/freezer for your items. We do have a cat, but no other animals.

About the roomies

Looking for someone that is clean, non-smoker/no drugs. We are somewhat private and really won’t bother you at all, so are the other roomies. I do work from home. Our home is a 4 bedroom and there are currently two other adult roommates who are very quiet and keep to themselves. Looking for the same in a roommate.
