About the room
My friends and I have found a 3b2b apartment with a large living space and we are looking for someone who can either take the living room or one standard sized bedroom. The place in question is right in Town Center, within walking distance of the Hyatt Recency Valencia, Westfield Mall, Olive Garden and etc. It’s very close to the bus transit center that’s on McBean.
Our move in date is estimated to be Feb 8th. The standard sized room would cost you $650 + $75 utilities. The living room area is $500 + $75 utilities. There is also a safety deposit of $400 but we may be able to discuss that.
There is a washing/drying machine inside the apartment, as well as a balcony area with storage closet in case you wanted to store a bike or something similar. We are not looking for parents with young children or more than one pet. A cat owner may be a possibility, but no more than one as our lease will only allow two animals per unit. No dogs.
It is a priority that we maintain a safe and friendly atmosphere among all of us, which includes being respectful and nonpredjudiced towards our LGBTQA+ roommates. Please also be respectful and tolerant of disabilities.
You must be able to show proof of a steady income and good leasing/renting history.
