THE QUICK Avail Feb 1 Carlsbad room rental in gated community available for Discounted rate bc I need a reliable adult home while I work overnight. We’ve had this arrangement going for 10 years and it’s awesome for the right fit! I have a teen daughter who is pretty self sufficient, 2 cats and a live in boyfriend who works out of town most weeks. Im clean, communicative, respectful and thoughtful looking for the same. Clean background and decent credit are a must! Sorry, but no room for couples, kids or pets.

ALL THE DETAILS It’s a good sized unfurnished room and closet with a nice view and privacy from neighbors. Semi shared mostly private bath, big beautiful backyard, garage parking, in a lovely gated community with walking trails and two community pools and spas.

To be the right fit, I need someone trustworthy and considerate that we connect with. Adept at open communication (without being passive aggressive), lives a wholesome lifestyle, likes cats, and is pretty much always home Sun - Thurs nights 9pm till 6am. There are no child care duties, just be at home, doing your thing. This is best for a HOMEBODY 💖🏡📖🛌 without an active nightlife during the week. Not a fit for “free spirited” types. No cigarette, vapes, weed or drugs.
