Hello! A friend and I just purchased a brand new condominium near UNT Discovery Green! The location is the perfect distance from UNT, TWU, Denton downtown square, and many other easily accessible shopping centers (Razor Ranch, Golden Triangle Mall, etc.). Our home is clean and mostly empty throughout the day. We are very meticulous when it comes to cleaning, so I hope you enjoy a nicely kept space as well!

The bedroom available is the master bedroom that has a grand private restroom and a large walk in closet. The commode has a separate closed off space that provides additional natural lighting. The spacious bedroom hosts an inviting frontal view from the second story of the home. Morning sunlight does not disturb somber while the evening natural light casts warming and welcoming atmosphere.

The common area is open for use with an open concept perfect for study, cooking, and hanging out!

Im an accountant for an oil and gas company that invests in properties scattered throughout Texas and Midwest region of the U.S. I love working out, enjoy playing sports, and spend a lot of time with my girlfriend and friends. My roommate is the Vice President of Operations of a wedding company and is in charge of the wedding venues, marketing, and sales team all throughout DFW. He too enjoys working out and the busy lifestyle as well so we are rarely home! We are clean, quiet, but like to socialize.
