The upstairs and home is shared with one guy age 30, working professional and one girl 24, working professional, platonic roommates. There are two dogs and two cats. The cats have a getaway room when necessary that’s theirs alone. The adult dog stays home and is well behaved. The puppy goes to work with me M-F the entire day. The animals will not be allowed in your space. The house is always kept clean. We are both very down to earth, nice people who like this house to stay as calm as possible and just work on our goals individually while sharing this beautiful space.
