Location and convenience! Well maintained large bedroom with own bathroom and miniature patio with large sliding glass doors that flood the room with natural light! All this and convenience in a quiet community perfectly located minutes from the Battery Atlanta / Truist Park, as well as a variety of grocery stores, restaurants, and shops and just minutes to I-75.

Amenities: Home comes with washer, dryer, access to kitchen We are open to any gender. There is one pet dog in the house who is super friendly.

Utilities: Water, trash, sever and pest control is included in the rent. We split all other utilities (Electricity, cleaning, gas and internet) down to the middle by the number of people who live in the house. This is the most easiest and hassle-free way.

Monthly cleaning occurs in the entire house. cost per person is $50/month for monthly detailed cleaning. This is not included in the rent

Just myself for now looking to fill two other rooms with private bathrooms. Looking for good clean roommates. I am friendly and easy to get along with. Collectivism and communication is key.
