This 1890 square foot single family home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. the home is 2017 home with full amenities. 5 mins to farmer markets, grocery, gym and 15min to Cumberland mall. Person will have his own private bedroom and shared bathroom. Bedroom is 13*12ft and storage available for few boxes. Room is Furnished but can be removed if needed. Storage area available. Room Will be Available June 1st.

I am an African American graduate working and a very social person. I am generally clean, but not a stickler. House chores can be divided for what makes sense, and I am a good listener and always keep a calm head so if there ever needs to be a “tough” conversation, I will always do my best to hear your side. At times I do host game nights or visitors, but you will always know in advance, I don’t like a lot of people in my house because that leads to not caring about other peoples things don’t really play loud music out of respect of the neighbors.
