Parker's room

An awesome house in Rohnert Park close to SSU. Across the street from Honeybee Pool and Park, Starbucks and Walmart a couple of blocks away. 2 large rooms available beginning June 1st both with their own bathrooms one is a master. Landlord will most likely want everyone to sign a new lease at this point. He says he doesn’t allow pets here at all but he likes cats and may be open to it under the right circumstances. No dogs unfortunately. One roommate is moving out of state for his job and the other is moving to SoCal with some of her friends. I’ve lived in this house for about 2 years now and I love the location. Will post photos of the rooms in a few days or ask to come see them. Background and credit checks will be required.

Roommates just moved out so sorry for the messy rooms, I am having cleaners come by in the next couple of days to deep clean. The room with the bed is my own

I’m Parker, im 31 and I currently work as a surveyor for SunRun. I work a lot so im not around a ton but I do like chilling at the house on my days off. I usually just hang out and watch movies or make music in my free time. I don’t use any loudspeakers or amplifiers so Im usually pretty quiet. Im pretty neat and tidy so if you live here I expect the same. Clean up after yourself. Im pretty mellow and easy going as long as you’re respectful. I don’t drink really, Maybe once every few months. I don’t care if you drink or smoke as long as you are respectful and don’t cause problems. No Parties but it’s ok to have a few guests over from time to time as long as all the other tenants are on the same page. Just be chill and considerate.
