About the room
We have a room available in our 2 bed/2 bath house located near DTLA. The room is approx. 13 x 12 & unfurnished (but can be furnished with a queen bed if needed).
House comes with in-unit AC, washer & dryer, driveway parking, and a very large, spacious backyard.
Looking for a longer-term roommate (1 year lease preferred). Ideally someone clean, quiet and respectful of others (just like us)! If interested, please share a brief bio so we can get to know you before scheduling a viewing, thanks!
About the roomies
Roommates are working professionals in our 20s. We generally keep to ourselves in our respective rooms, but don’t mind hanging out and chatting in the common areas on occasion. We exercise open communication, like keeping the common areas clean and are looking for someone that can do the same
