This new house is located at Green Valley Ranch, about 20 mins to Downtown Denver, 20 mins to DTC, 12 mins to CU Anschutz Medical Campus, 10 mins to DIA.
Less 3 mins to grocery stories, gym, restaurants, bars, 8 mins to Walmart Supercenter, Home Depot, Best Buy, Ross, etc. Easy to access to highway I-70, I-225, C-470, Peña Blvd 5 mins to RTD 61st & Pena Station, 30 mins to downtown via train.
The house has three story, this room is on the first floor, come with a private bathroom. It would be available and unfurnished by 5/1. Utilities & wifi cost is $75 monthly.
Looking for someone is over 22 years old young professional, and also is responsible, clean, easy going, understandable, reliable.
