Master bedroom with private bathroom available for rent starting in December (12/1/2023). Looking for a working professional with proof of income and past rental references. Background check is required and fee is $50 that you pay directly to the background checking company. Need someone that can pay on time each month. Lease offered is recurring month to month only. Electric and Water not included in rent amount. Room is currently furnished but can be unfurnished if you prefer. No smoking/ vaping indoors of any kind, no pets due to severe allergies. If you like to host parties this is not the place for you. This is a shared living situation and as such you must be willing to pitch in with household common area cleaning (dishes, wiping counters, vacuuming, mopping, taking trash out, etc). In addition, help maintaining the lawn is required.

Two working professionals currently reside here. Both like a clean and quiet house. They mostly keep to themselves but do occasionally interact. Home is a sanctuary away from all the craziness of life and it is expected that any new roommate respects this.
