Hello! We have a room for rent in an upstairs bedroom with a shared bathroom. Bathroom has double sinks with an attached room with shower and toilet. House is two miles from UCF main campus. Room comes furnished with full size bed frame, headboard, and mattress, as well as a dresser. - Large home remodeled in 2017 - 5 bedroom, 4 bath home, currently 3 female tenants have secured occupancy - Private bedroom with a shared bath - Shared bath has double sinks with separate door for shower and toilet - Shared study room with desks and some storage for each tenant - Rent includes utilities (water, internet, pest service, trash, electric**) - Security deposits is $400. Full credit and criminal history report run on all applicants and guarantors - Application fee is $50 - House has washer and dryer - Living room furniture and kitchen table provided - High speed internet provided - Only single occupancy per room allowed - No smoking or vaping in the house - Must be willing to share in household upkeep - Must be comfortable with dogs living in household - Must carry renters insurance ** If electric bill exceeds $250 for the household, the overage will be split among the tenants.
